*코로나 19 로 인해 오프라인 상담은 마스크를 쓰고 진행할 예정입니다. 화상 상담도 가능하니 문의 주세요* *세션 종류 및 설명* - 단기 심리검사/미술심리검사 : 1-2회 단기 심리검사/미술심리검사 및 맞춤화된 해석을 통해 내가 미처 깨닫지 못했던 나의 상태/내가 회피하고 있던 나의 문제들/내가 왜 이렇게 행동하는지에 대한 나의 심리적인 이유들 등을 탐색하고 현재 나의 스트레스 정도 및 정서적 상태를 알 수 있습니다. - 장기 상담/미술치료 : 수업을 마친 후 궁금한 점이나 고민이 생겼을 때 1:1 심리상담 및 미술치료를 신청할 수 있습니다. 1-2회에 진행된 심리 검사 결과들을 바탕으로 3회 이상의 장기적인 심리상담/미술치료를 통해 개인의 심리적 역동을 탐색하고 과거/현재의 미해결된 문제들을 승화시키는 데에 목표를 잡고 있습니다 - 개인 세션 이외에도 커플 및 2인 이상 심리상담/심리검사/미술치료도 가능 -심리검사 종류: MBTI (성격유형검사), MMPI-2 (다면적 인성검사), TCI (기질 및 성격검사), SCT(문장완성검사), KFD (가족역동화), HTP(사람 나무 집 검사) 외 다수의 미술심리검사 *전문 분야: 트라우마, 데이트폭력, 우울, 불안, 중독(술, 게임, 스마트폰, 음식 등), 강박, 성정체성, LGBTQ, 애착유형, 진로상담 등 *마음을 치유하는 시간의 장점* - 확실한 전문성을 가진 심리전문가: 한국 및 미국의 명문대에서 체계적인 교육과정 받음 / 한국상담심리학회 및 American Art Therapy Association 소속 수퍼바이저들의 감독 하에 수련 / 8년 이상의 임상 경력을 가진 전문가 - 사설 심리상담센터에 비해 심리적/경제적 부담 최소화: 사설센터의 경우 1회 10만원+@ 이지만 고정 상담료 45000원 내에서 모든 심리/그림검사를 무료로 받을 수 있음 - 수업 시 사용되는 검사 도구 및 미술 매체 등은 상담사가 준비 *가격 * [1:1 심리검사/상담/미술치료] - 45000원 (1시간) - MBTI, MMPI, TCI를 포함한 모든 심리/미술심리검사들은 1시간 세션 비용 안에서 무료로 진행됩니다 (한 세션 내에 1개 이상 검사 불가능). MMPI &TCI의 경우 컴퓨터 채점 후 해석상담이 필요하기에 검사 실시 회기 포함 최소 2회기 필요. [2:1 및 그룹 심리검사/상담/미술치료] - 2:1=70000원 (1시간-문의) - 3인 이상 집단: 인원수에 따라 상이 (문의) - MBTI, MMPI, TCI를 포함한 모든 심리/미술심리검사들은 1시간 세션 비용 안에서 무료로 진행됩니다 (한 세션 내에 1개 이상 검사 불가능). For verbal counseling, video counseling is also available* *Types of session* : For a short-term intervention, this session will enable you to explore your unresolved issues and core psychological reasons for your emotions and behaviors, as well as acknowledge your current stress level and psychological status, via psychological evaluation and art therapy directives. : After the first session, feel free to decide to continue individual counseling/art therapy. For a long-term intervention, the sessions aim to explore your psychodynamic and sublimate lingering problems through professional counseling and art therapy. : In addition to individual therapy, couple/group therapy is also available. -Types of evaluation: MBTI ( Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), MMPI-2 (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2), TCI (Temperament and Character Inventory), SCT (Sentence Completion Test), KFD (Kinetic Family Drawing), HTP (House-Tree-Person test), etc. *Pros of this session* - Certified bilingual counselor/art therapist / Have more than 8 years of clinical experiences - Cheaper cost comparing to other counseling institution (other institutions cost 100000 won per hour) - All materials will be prepared by the counselor * Professions: trauma, relationship violence, depression, addiction (alcohol, game, smartphone, food, etc), obsessive behavior, sexual identity, LGBTQ, attachment, career counseling, etc. *Price* [1:1 psychological evaluation/counseling/art therapy] - 45000won per 1 hour - All psychological tests and other art therapy evaluations are free within the session fee (ONLY ONE test per ONE SESSION) / TCI, MMPI tests require a minimum of 2 sessions for interpreting test results. [2:1/group psychological evaluation/counseling/art therapy] - 2:1=70000won per 1 hour - Group (more than 3 people)= depending on the number of members - All psychological tests and other art therapy evaluations are free within the session fee (ONLY ONE test per ONE SESSION) / TCI, MMPI tests require a minimum of 2 sessions for interpreting test results.
